The School and Faculty
Good Neighbor Montessori (GNM) was established in 1986 in Palo Alto, California by a Montessori teacher who has been administering the school since its inception. GNM offers programs for children 18 months to 5 years of age. Over 50 children are currently enrolled in programs designed for early preschoolers (18 to 30 months) and preschoolers (2-1/2 - 5 years). The school programs, based on a modified philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori, provide a happy and safe home-like atmosphere for the children throughout their day at GNM. Our teachers, most of whom have been at Good Neighbor for the past ten years or more, are loving, joyful and dedicated to supporting the development of the children.
Schedules Available
GNM offers full or part day schedules for three or more days per week.
